As far as I can remember the kitchen has been an important place for me.  

My education is in business.  I have been very fortunate to have worked with talented chefs in the service and culinary industry.  

In opening my cafe, I truly began to understand my connection to the kitchen.  It is simply to love and serve people through my food.  What an opportunity to share this with my two children, Maddy & Conor.  They grew up in the cafe becoming important contributors to our success, as have all who have worked with me.  

We are a small cafe with a big heart!  Enjoy.
